on lake harriet in minneapolis... there is the most darling little tree where a "tree elf" lives. if you leave him a note, he writes back within a week or two. he writes in about size 4 font on the tiniest cards. abby has gotten the sweetest letters back! he answers all of your questions and tells the cutest stories!
we rode bikes around the lake the morning and writing a letter to the tree elf has been one of the highlights of the trip! can't wait to hear back from him!
back to the fair today...
